There is something I notice consistently in my wor

There is something I notice consistently in my work.

People arrive with a mind that is busy, overactive, scattered or simply unable to switch off.

And one of the things they most often report after a session is: 
“My mind is so quiet.”

That interests me.

Because our brains are electrical systems, and the rhythms of the brain change with our state of consciousness. Theta, broadly 4–8 Hz, is associated with states of deep relaxation, internal attention, memory processing and meditation. It’s that strange territory where the body can be deeply relaxed while awareness remains present.

And then there is 7.83 Hz.

The fundamental frequency of the Schumann resonances, naturally occurring electromagnetic resonances generated in the cavity between the Earth and ionosphere. It sits right at the upper edge of the conventional theta range.

There is growing scientific interest in whether these extremely low-frequency electromagnetic fields have biological significance. There are also intriguing observations around the relationship between geomagnetic activity and physiological or neurological rhythms.

What we do know is that our modern environment places an extraordinary demand on the nervous system.

Constant notifications. Screens. Information. Artificial light. Endless stimulation. The pressure to remain available and responsive.

What happens to a human nervous system when it is rarely given the opportunity to become genuinely still?

I think it promotes more chaotic patterns than coherent ones.

I meditate every day, but I realised recently that I don’t always give myself the same attention I give my clients.

So this week, I’m experimenting with a frequency generator set to 7.83 Hz.

And I’m curious to see what happens when I deliberately create a little more space for stillness.

Because one of the most profound things I see in this work isn’t some dramatic mystical experience.

It’s a person leaving with a mind that is calmer, clearer and more content.

And often, that is precisely where everything else begins.

After gridworking Mary Magdalene’s Cave in France on her feast day this summer, I received her guidance to bring this work home, to Ireland, to this place, and to the women, girls and children whose lives were touched by these institutions.

And so RESTORATION will be a collective piece of energy work.

We will gather first in the historic Pillar Room at the Rotunda Hospital, where we will open the ceremony through music, intention and energy healing.

We will activate our hearts and connect as a group before walking together to the former Magdalene Laundry.

There, we will collectively transmit love, remembrance and healing, honouring those who suffered, those who survived, those whose stories were silenced, and all whose lives were affected.

We will then return to the Pillar Room to close the ceremony and integrate together over tea.

We will begin in a place dedicated to the care of mothers and babies.

We will walk to a place where mothers, babies, girls and women were subjected to profound deprivation and suffering.

And together we will offer the very thing they were separated from.

Love.

This is the first time I’ve been guided to gather in number. She is showing the power of our united hearts.

A collective ceremony of gridwork, remembrance & healing

30 years ago, on 25 October 1996, Ireland’s last Magdalene Laundry closed its doors.

This October, Mary Magdalene is calling us to gather in number, as tribe of lightworkers, creating a powerful collective field, for her to channel healing through at this site.

After gridworking Mary Magdalene’s Cave in France on her feast day this summer, I received her guidance to bring this work home, to Ireland, to this place, and to the women, girls and children whose lives were touched by these institutions.

Since September 2024, the Pisces–Virgo axis has been asking us to look honestly at where we have confused control with safety, structure with containment, and over-functioning with love.

The question I keep coming back to is:

Have you been managing life so tightly that you forgot how to feel it?

Because there comes a point when the very strategies that once kept us safe begin to keep life out.

On the August solar eclipse I felt the masculine principle shift from control into self-mastery, the ability to stand fully in yourself without needing to control what happens outside you.

And this allows the feminine the safety to be free again:
to feel deeply, to receive, to create, to love, without needing to contract to life.

Not power over.

Power within.

The invitation of 9/9 is to take this out of the realm of insight and into the body, to integrate what has shifted and begin to live from a different centre of balance.

And today, my heart is also with the people who have lost their lives, those still missing, their families, and everyone affected by the devastating floods at the Nepal–Tibet border. So many were travelling towards Kailash, a place that holds profound meaning for me, where on September 2024’s lunar eclipse I seeded the healing supporting these shifts. May they know eternal love.
