• Your booking and payment are gratefully received. Thank you.
• You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Charges of up to 50% may apply to recurrent rescheduling of an appointment.
• Please contact me directly should you need to reschedule within 24 hours. 

Cancellations:

• Cancellations up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment incur a 20% admin fee.
• Cancellations 24-48 hours in advance incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment incur a 70% cancellation fee.
• Appointment no-shows forfeit the full treatment fee.

You can reschedule and transfer payment to an alternative appointment up to 24 hours in advance.
