Heaven is not a domain. It is a frequency of perception.

This was one gift Skellig Michael offered me on the Summer Solstice.

Crossing the Atlantic to reach the island feels like travelling beyond the edges of the modern world. As the noise begins to fall
away, the illusion of control falls away with it.

The illusion that we hold dominion over our time, our lives and our world dissolves in the face of the immensity, complexity and
intelligence of creation itself.

Landing on this ancient rock on the western edge of Europe, I found myself contemplating the men who chose to settle here
1,500 years ago.

From a modern perspective, it seems a life of isolation and hardship.

Yet perhaps they understood something we’ve forgotten.

You don’t have a life. You are life.

Surrounded by the raw power of nature and the endless cycles of the Earth, they could not maintain the illusion that they were
separate from creation.

Every day would have reminded them that they belonged to something infinitely greater than themselves.

Their seclusion at the edge of the world granted them an intimate connection to the whole.

In our modern world, we have become mesmerised by the mind.

A mind that lives in stories about yesterday and fears about tomorrow.

A mind that seeks safety through control. Control of people, of resources, outcomes and nature itself.

The more I travel this Earth, the more I see this impulse arise from a profound forgetting.

The belief that we are separate.

Separate from each other, from the Earth, from the Divine, from Love itself.

From this misperception of the mind, suffering ensues.

Skellig felt like a living monument to another way.

A way of presence, of devotion, of being.

Not a life of dominance, but reverence.

Not of control, but connection.

Not of fear, but of love.

As I stood on that island at the height of the solar year, watching sunlight dance across the Atlantic, higher consciousness
anchored through me.

The consciousness of unity, available whenever we step beyond the mind’s projections and return to the heart and presence.

Here.

Now.

Where separation dissolves.

Where love resides.

Where we remember that we are one.

Not everyone is called to grid work. But many who

Not everyone is called to grid work.

But many who are have spent years believing something was wrong with them.

Feeling energy in places others don’t.

Being drawn to ancient sites.

Experiencing powerful emotional releases in certain locations.

Feeling an inexplicable pull to travel somewhere without understanding why.

Whether you understand these experiences through spirituality, consciousness, intuition or something else entirely is less
important than one thing:

Your presence matters.

The Earth is not separate from us.

The healing of humanity is not separate from the healing of the Earth.

And as we heal the distortions of separation within ourselves, we naturally begin contributing to something much larger.

Perhaps the real question isn’t:

“Am I a grid worker?”

But:

“Am I willing to be present where life is asking me to serve?”

In my years as an energy therapist and trainer, I have had the privilege of attuning others to their soul purpose, many of whom have been awakened to work on Earth’s energy system.

One of the biggest misconceptions about awakening

One of the biggest misconceptions about awakening is that it feels expansive all the time.

It doesn’t.

Sometimes awakening feels like confusion.

Sometimes it feels like grief.

Sometimes it feels like losing interest in a life that once made perfect sense.

Because awakening isn’t only about discovering who you are.

It’s also about discovering who you are not.

And that can feel disorientating.

The identities built to keep you safe don’t disappear overnight.

Neither do the beliefs that taught you that love, worthiness and belonging had to be earned.

This is why so many people feel caught between two worlds.

No longer who they were.

Not yet certain who they are becoming.

If that’s where you find yourself, trust the process.

You are transitioning from of lifetime of conditioned beliefs that kept you separate from love.

This is the shift back to the love you have always been.

Ands that’s where it is. That’s where love can only ever be.

Because it’s what you are.

And when you remember that, your whole life experience will shift.

It’s a process of dissolving the beliefs that keep you in the illusion of separation from love.

And it’s a process of realigning you to your ultimate truth.

Yesterday, every client who came through my door was a man.

And I found myself feeling deeply moved.

To witness men who are willing to be vulnerable. 
Men who are willing to feel. 
Men who are willing to heal.

There is something profoundly sacred about holding space for the masculine as it softens, opens, and remembers its truth.

The healing of the feminine is not a women’s journey.

It is a human journey.

The feminine is an aspect of consciousness that lives within us all. Just as we each carry both the yin and the yang, the Shiva
and the Shakti, the Christ and the Sophia.

As our world continues to awaken, we are being called into a deeper union within ourselves. Not through dominance of one
aspect over another, but through the restoration of balance, harmony, and love.

Yesterday felt like a beautiful reminder that so many men are answering that call.
And what a privilege it is to witness it.

We are living through one of the most extraordinar

We are living through one of the most extraordinary periods in human history.

Everything is shifting.

Not only in our world, but within us.

Old identities are dissolving.  Old structures are collapsing.  Old ways of being are no longer sustainable.

Across the planet, many are awakening to a deeper understanding of who they are and why they are here.

Yet awakening is not the destination. It is only the beginning.

Because knowing the truth and living the truth are not the same thing.

Many have awakened to the understanding that they are consciousness, that they are creators, that they are love.

Yet still find themselves caught in familiar patterns.

Still abandoning themselves.  Still compromising.  Still seeking externally for what can only be found within.

I know this because I have walked that path myself.

My own journey has taken me through profound initiations, awakenings, healings and transformations. It has led me across countries, sacred sites and energetic grid points, and challenged everything I thought I knew about myself, reality, and what it means to be human.

Again and again I was brought back to one simple truth:

The deepest wound is separation. The deepest healing is remembrance.

Not intellectually. But experientially.

Because when we remember what we are, we can no longer live in ways that deny it.

This understanding became the foundation of The 360: Revolution of Love.

Not simply an energy healing programme but the path of embodiment.

A process designed to dissolve the unconscious patterns, beliefs and emotional attachments that keep us separated from our own truth.
