Love is the only antidote. It is the only medicin

Love is the only antidote.

It is the only medicine.

The only answer.

We will not invent, discover or create another one.

Love is all there is.

And it is through love that we restore all that has become separated from it to the unity from which it came.

Through our hearts. 
Through our intention. 
Through our presence. 
Through our embodied knowing of Love as the only truth.

I invite you to join me in a ceremony of Love and Remembrance.

A space in which I will hold you in a field of Divine Unconditional Love, inviting you into the remembrance of your true nature.

Together, with our hearts open, expanded and activated, we will walk as a unified field of Love to the site of the last Magdalene Laundry in Dublin, on the 30th anniversary of its closure.

There, in collective presence, we will turn towards all that remains separated from Love, holding it in the truth of what we are, and restoring it to its origin, its freedom and its wholeness.

I have the honour of being joined by @soundyoursoul.ie with her extraordinary voice and @thewhollygrail and her incredible light.

Your life is the perfect expression of your curren

Your life is the perfect expression of your current inner reality, but the reality you perceive is not necessarily the truth of who you are or what you wish to experience.

Imagine the universe as one brilliant white light, expressing itself as everything, including you.

That light shines through you, projecting onto the screen of your life the beliefs, conditioning and perceptions through which you currently experience reality.

Love is all there is. What we don’t experience as

Love is all there is. What we don’t experience as Love is created by our resistance to it.

That resistance is rooted in what we believe:

I am not enough to be loved as I am.
Love is not safe.
I need life to meet certain conditions before I can feel safe or enough.

These beliefs shape how we experience life. They close the heart, keep us searching for what we believe is missing, and obscure the truth of our being.

You are Love.

It is your true nature.

Love, joy, peace and abundance are not rewards for getting life right. They are
expressions of what you are.

So what happens when you stop allowing the beliefs of the small self to dictate how you experience life?

When you release the need to control, to attach, to make life conform to your expectations?

You open to Grace.

Does living a life connected to Love mean things hurt more?

Yes.

Because when you live with an open heart, you feel everything.

But somehow, it hurts less.

Not because you care less.

Because you resist less.

When you begin to recognise your true nature, you see that this entire creative dimension is an expression of Love.

Everything is Love, expressing, experiencing and coming to know itself through form.

So whatever moves through your life, joy, grief, longing, loss, uncertainty, you don’t have to turn away from it.

You can feel it fully.

Because you know that none of it exists outside of Love.

We experience separation when we become afraid of Love itself. We close the heart. We contract. We resist what is here.

And then the very resistance we create becomes the experience of being separate.

But when the heart opens, there is nothing to defend against.

You can surrender to the fullness of your experience without needing it to be different.

You can feel the depths of grief without believing you have lost Love.

You can feel fear without making fear the truth.

You can feel pain without closing your heart to life.

Because underneath it all is the same Love.

Always.

And that is the deepest freedom,

to remain open to everything, knowing that everything you experience is Love, revealing itself to itself through you.

The focus of our work together is always to resolve your patterns of separation from love and return you to unity with it so you become free to live fully.
