Why we’re feeling fear & fatigue….my answer to yesterday’s overwhelming response to the story poll “Are you flying it or feeling fear & fatigue?”

And there comes a moment in life when the soul no longer wants to strive for it but to surrender back into it.

To soften. 
To breathe again. 
To rest in something greater than the mind.

The love. 
The peace. 
The joy. 
The deep exhale your whole being longs for.

Last weekend I had the privilege of attuning a bea

Last weekend I had the privilege of attuning a beautiful group of souls to Rahanni Celestial Healing.

No matter how many times I facilitate these trainings, I never lose sight of what an extraordinary honour it is to witness people saying yes to themselves in this way.

There comes a moment during every attunement when the room becomes very still. Not silent, but still. As if something greater than all of us has stepped forward and gently asks us to remember who we are beneath the noise, the striving, the stories and the wounds.

In those moments, I am reminded that healing is not something we do to another person.

Love heals.

Presence heals.

Truth heals.

And the greatest privilege of my work is simply to become transparent enough that this loving intelligence can move through me unhindered.

To sit with another human being as they reconnect with their own light is something I will never take for granted.

My heartfelt gratitude to each person who trusted the call, showed up with an open heart and allowed themselves to receive.

May the seeds planted this weekend continue to unfold in perfect timing, revealing ever deeper levels of peace, wisdom, compassion and self-love.

The crucifixion was never just an event.

It was a mirror.

A teaching.

A revelation of what humanity does when confronted by love it cannot control.

Yeshua did not come to be worshipped.

He came to show us what becomes possible when fear no longer governs the heart.

And still, we repeat the pattern.

We crucify truth when it threatens the identity we built from fear.

We reject love when it asks for surrender.

We choose separation because union feels too vulnerable.

The crucifixion is not behind us.

It lives wherever fear is chosen over love.

And resurrection is not a promise for later.

It is available now.

Each time you release judgment. 
Each time you choose truth. 
Each time you allow love to be stronger than self-protection.

Christ Consciousness is not outside you.

It is the remembrance of what you are beneath fear.

That is the invitation.

Not a belief.

An embodiment.

This picture was taken in Glastonbury Abbey where the Divine Mother had called me. It’s thought to be the Earth’s heart chakra. She was calling me inwards and showing me that love is within, it’s what I AM.

So you’ve awakened. You’re on the spiritual path.

So you’ve awakened.

You’re on the spiritual path. 
Doing the work. 
Healing your shadow. 
Reading the books. 
Listening to the podcasts. 
Trying to understand why life feels the way it does.

And somehow

life feels harder than ever.

You wonder if ignorance really was bliss.

Because now you’re awake inside a reality you can’t unsee.

You see the patterns. 
The conditioning. 
The relationships that no longer fit. 
The ways you abandon yourself.

You cannot unknow it.

Some days, being human feels like a sentence that doesn’t end.

You hear people talk about awakening like it’s bliss.

Transcendence. 
Peace. 
Expansion.

And meanwhile, you’re sitting in grief, rage, fear, exhaustion, wondering if there is just something fundamentally wrong with you.

You spend your last energy showing up for another class, 
another healing, 
another workshop, 
hoping this one will finally shift something.

Sometimes it helps.

Sometimes it leaves you feeling even more broken.

You’re tired.

Tired of carrying it. 
Tired of trying. 
Tired of being you.

And underneath it all is the deepest fear:

What if I know exactly what’s wrong 
and still can’t change it?

I know this place.

I have lived it.

You are not broken.

You are in initiation.

Awakening is not the reward. 
It is the dismantling.

The collapse of everything false so something true can finally be lived.

But this space, the space between seeing and becoming, 
is where most people get stuck.

This is where I work.

Not another temporary high.

Real transformation.

We dissolve the core false beliefs keeping you separate from love.
